Briefing
Nagaland is a hilly northeastern state bordering Myanmar, home to numerous Naga tribes each with distinct customs and languages. It is internationally known for the annual Hornbill Festival celebrating Naga culture, while its economy is largely agrarian, based on terrace and shifting cultivation.
